PROCARE Mental Awareness for Leaders

PROCARE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS FOR LEADERS

Delivered by FSEAP

OVERVIEW

As the Saskatchewan Building Industry works towards its goal of increasing leadership capacity to support and enhance mental health resiliency and mental fitness on the worksite, this training addresses some of the training requirements to meet that goal. Although numerous factors play a role in an individual’s psychological make-up, the workplace plays a large part in daily life and is therefore an important component in maintaining and promoting these human needs.
